We love that you chose Pimun Beauty for all you nail needs. Since we work mainly by appointments we do require a $20 dollar deposit for all appointments. This will be discounted from the total of your services. if you need to cancel or reschedule ask for a 24 hours notice or your deposit will NOT be refunded
En Pimun Beauty le agradecemos que nos haya escogido para sus servicios de uñas. Como nosotros trabajamos por cita, requerimos un deposito de $20 para todas las citas, el cual sera descontado de su valor final. Si necesita cancelar le pedimos hacerlo con 24hrs de anticipación o su deposito no sera devuelto.
Salon Policies
Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $10 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and forfeit their initial deposit.
Late Cancellation
Emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours PRIOR to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 2 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause for your $20 deposit to be forfeited.
No Show
In the case of missing your appointment, you automatically forfeit your $20 deposit. When booking your next visit we will require $40 non-refundable deposit. Two or more missed appointments equal getting banned from the salon.
Guarantee & refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any corrections, needed to satisfy your needs. We are NOT responsible for any issues past that 24 hour window.
Right to Refuse Service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or not in their right state of mind. Also it must be Noted that for your safety and our staff we have placed security cameras through the salon.
Additional Policies
We are concerned with your children’s safety, so we have a strict policy NO children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision in the form of an additional caretaker.
